The model:  Mark Beatty built this Division 2 boat for 2010 and Dan bought it from him for the 2012 season.  This boat is just pretty as heck.  It's as if you shrunk the real boat down and put it on the water.  That's what scale racing is all about.  

The real boat:  This boat is one of two former Miss Budweiser hulls that is campaigned by the Formula Boats race team.  It's a top notch competitive team with this boat being driven by Jeff Bernard and the other currently driven by J. Michael Kelly.  Both look to be young rising stars in the unlimited ranks.
